It is reported that higher education enrolments in China have risen from 5 million in the early 1990s to 23 million in 2009. Besides, the number of universities, colleges and vocational schools has expanded from 1,054 in 1995 to 1,731 in 2004. China is improving fast in forces quality, and undoubtedly, can provide qualified professionals for your outsourced work.

In addition, China has a relatively stable economic and political situation. It is no doubt that when you consider which country to outsource your task, this factor is the first you think of. After the open-up, China is always making steady progress economically, ranking amongst the top economies in the world now. As for the political phenomenon, it’s obvious to all that China is in a calm situation; at least no war is happening.

The last but not least, Chinese Government attaches great importance on the development of outsourcing industry. In 2006, in order to enhance the new-evolving industry, the government issued the “Thousand, Hundred, Ten Program”, which says “During ‘Eleventh Five-Year’ period, construct 10 service outsourcing cities with international competitive ability, promote 100 famous multinational enterprises to outsource their work to China and cultivate 1000 large and medium-sized service outsourcing enterprises with international qualification.” It is thus clear the degree of emphasis the Chinese Government puts on outsourcing.
